Back to our panel by popular demand is Regina Drury!  Regina has been with CENTURY 21 since 2005 and has been a consistent award winner including CENTURION, Double CENTURION, QSS Pinnacle and frequent Presidents Producer.  She is currently #2 in AGC in NC (only 2K behind #1) and #8 in units through November.

Regina Drury has called CENTURY 21 Sweyer home since 2005.  To get started in the business, in 2005 she walked neighborhoods and knocked on doors looking for anyone that wanted to buy or sell a house.  As she listed the houses she continued knocking on doors.  Her first 6 months she sold 31 houses!  Since getting in the business 8 1/2 years ago, Regina has received 5 CENTURION Awards, 2 Double CENTURION Awards, 3 Presidents Awards, and CENTURY 21 Honor Society in 2011.  During the decline of the market while many Realtors were getting out of the business, she maintained a positive outlook and continued to grow her business.  Her primary focus was Expireds, Withdrawns, and Past Client Referrals. She treats her business like a business, including working a Monday-Friday schedule and dressing professional.  At the end of every year she reviews the sources of her business and writes a business plan for the new year.

GREG HARRELSON - Owner of CENTURY 21 The Harrelson Group, Myrtle Beach, SC

Greg Harrelson has worked for 16 years in real estate sales, coaching/mentoring and real estate development.  His best production year was before the latest real estate boom where he closed 484 transactions in 2004.  Something worth noting is that Greg closed the transactions without having any one seller giving him more than five deals in that year.

In addition, Greg has coached some of the top real estate agents in America.  Greg uses his years of experience along with his passion for the industry to lead and coach agents to succeed at high levels.

Greg believes that there is a direct correlation between the wealth you accumulate and the amount of people that you serve and make a difference with throughout your lifetime.  It is that belief that pushes Greg to lead others to success.  He understands that helping others get what they want will eventually lead him to what he wants.
