Michael Miedler

Michael Miedler

President and Chief Executive Officer - CENTURY 21

Mike believes the emotional connection a buyer has with their home and the memories they make while living there is what makes homeownership so special. Named CENTURY 21’s president and chief executive officer in January 2019, he is a leader in residential and commercial real estate franchising, brokerage, and management. A 20-year plus veteran with the CENTURY 21 brand, Mike has served in numerous positions throughout the company including Chief Growth Officer and Senior Vice President of Franchise Sales. Prior to his tenure in these growth roles, Mike was the Vice President of Operations at C21 managing business such as awards, events, commercial and a referral platform.

Mike understands that buying and selling a house can be the most complex transaction a person ever makes, which is why he is so passionate about helping Century 21’s more than 139,000 independent sales professionals defy mediocrity every single day as they transform the homebuying process from just a transaction to an extraordinary experience for their clients.

A graduate of West Chester University of Pennsylvania, Mike prides himself on living an active lifestyle, which includes everything outdoors like swimming, running, snowboarding or just the park as long as it’s with his wife and four daughters.

How do you deliver extraordinary experiences?
“Delivering an extraordinary experience is all about trying to set a positive tone and projecting the passion you have for the customer’s ultimate success early in the relationship. Success in real estate comes down to two factors: taking care of and valuing the customer.”

Wendy Crane

Wendy Crane

Vice President of Learning - CENTURY 21

Wendy got her real estate license in 2004 after a terrible experience buying her first home because she believed, “if you’re not part of the solution, you are part of the problem.” She built her business in the Manatee/Sarasota, FL area over the next 10 years through the market crash which was closely followed by the BP oil spill. Although a difficult time, Wendy believes without these obstacles she would never have developed the skills and passion that fuel her love for the industry today. She closed her final transaction in March of 2014 and celebrated her last year as an active agent in Coldwell Banker’s International President’s Circle. Regardless of where her career takes her, she will forever be a REALTOR® in her heart.
Wendy joined the corporate side of the business in late 2013, initially spearheading learning and development for Coldwell Banker Realty in Florida and then expanding her reach to cover the southeast region, consisting of 10,000 agents and 135 office managers.
She made history in 2019 when the Vice President of Learning roles for both Coldwell Banker company owned and Coldwell Banker affiliate markets were combined, and she was announced the 1st Vice President of Learning for the One Coldwell Banker initiative, representing over 100,000 agents and 500 companies spanning more than 40 countries. In 2020, Wendy was recognized nationally by RisMedia for leading the charge on a series of industry-wide virtual education expos to support real estate professionals through the uncharted waters of the pandemic, providing the skills they needed to not only stay in business, but to help keep their clients and the public safe and informed. Together with her team of almost 50, Wendy transformed the landscape of Coldwell Banker learning, breaking records along the way.
In September of 2022, Wendy made the decision to embark upon a new challenge and accepted the role of Vice President of Learning for the iconic Century 21 brand. She considers working in an industry filled with entrepreneurs a great privilege and is forever indebted to the leaders who have helped challenge and encourage her on her own professional journey. It is because of their example that she has committed her career to helping brokers, owners, managers, and agents realize their personal and professional goals.
